Happy with the results last night. I layed AC Milan for my seventh consecutive in running football profit. Basically I do nothing more than to watch a game and take a view as to which team is getting on top or looks less likely to win - obvious really - but your judgement needs to be right!
Manchester United were matched at odds as high as 9.0 on Betfair last night - don't forget they went down to a fortuitous deflected goal. I just couldn't bring myself to take that price as they were looking a little shaky at that point.
You could have picked up odds of 65 for a 2-3 score-line! So much for it being a cautious game.
In the top scorer market, Wayne Rooney has had his odds cut to 9.0 after being matched as high as 75.0.
In the other game Real Madrid are still strong favourites to turn the tie around. I for one won't be backing them at 1.6 to win the return leg.
